Mass Media Goal
- Promote alternative, responsible and participatory media within the Church and society.
- Elevate people’s awareness on how media works for and against them.
- Collaborate with the local church and other media institutions in advancing peoples agenda and those of the Diocesan Pastoral Programs through various media forms.
- Provide cultural, apostolic and spiritual animation using media technology.
- Provide on-going formations towards integral human development through different media forms.
DZSB 104.1 Spirit FM
DZSB (104.1 FM), broadcasting as 104.1 Spirit FM, is a radio station owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Apostolic Vicariate of Calapan. The station’s studio and transmitter are located along Durian St. near St. Benedict Chaplaincy, Brgy. Lalud, Calapan. The station simulcasted on cable via Calapan Cable Channel 64.

- Provide radio programs that will satisfy the taste of the listeners and yet promoting truth, love and power as core principles of joyful and clean lifestyle.
- Communicate interactively with the listening public as a necessary means of participative learning, and collaborative empowerment.
- Sustain the quality presence of DZSB 104.1 Spirit FM by tapping responsible and generous sponsors and advertisers as partners in the evangelizing mission of the Church for a just and harmonious society.
